硫酸钙地板基板主要成分是二水硫酸钙，在其干燥工程中必须严格控制干燥的温度和湿度，保证干燥的均匀性。

Calcium sulfate floor substrate is main composition of dihydrate calcium sulphate, must be strictly controlled drying temperature and humidity in its dry engineering, ensure the uniformity of drying.

常规的自然晾晒已经无法满足规模化生产要求，而普通的隧道式干燥机因为温度、风量、湿度无法精确控制，经常出现过烘（二水石膏脱水）和欠烘（水分含量偏高）等现象，难以满足石膏地板的烘干要求，造成地板水分不均匀，影响地板的质量。
